Is your data being copied by hand between two systems today, or does a partner require an API? We connect existing applications via REST or SOAP, synchronise data between them and send transactional emails and notifications from your workflows.
Python and FastAPI: automation, data and APIs
Python with FastAPI is a good choice for back ends in a new stack, especially when an AI assistant is to be connected. In your system, Python is also an option when workflows are to be automated or data from several sources brought together. We help you choose the right technology.

Where we use Python
We build back ends in Python with FastAPI, together with Redis and MySQL. Python fits well into a new stack, especially for connecting an AI assistant, for example one that reads logs and helps diagnose errors.
What we suggest Python for
- Automation: recurring workflows such as imports, exports, reports and checks that are done by hand today.
- Data integration: bringing together and reconciling data from several applications, databases or files (Connect systems through APIs).
- APIs with FastAPI: providing a function as a service that your system or a new front end calls.
- Back ends for AI assistants: assistants that work with your documents and data belong to our AI integration service.

Your legacy system works and holds rules nobody wants to rewrite. We expose its logic as a web service and close known vulnerabilities in a single pass. Comparison tests check whether behaviour stays the same, and the new system is built beside it in the new stack.

Your team is at capacity, a specific skill is missing, or you need a second opinion before an important decision? We take over a defined part: a module, the backend for your frontend, an interface, a migration or a code review. We work in your repository and ticket system, and the code and the knowledge stay with you.

A photo upload app for wedding guests
Wedding guests scan a QR code, open one secret address and upload photos and videos straight from the phone: no app, no account, no login. Files of up to 5 GB land on the client's own disk, and the couple watches the gallery fill up during the party. One evening, no second chance, and phones from six years back.
Questions about Python
What is Python suitable for in an existing system?
Python with FastAPI suits new back ends and APIs alongside an existing application, the automation of workflows, bringing together data from several sources and, above all, connecting an AI assistant.
Whether Python or the technology your system already uses is the better choice is something we work out together in the intro call.
Do you build and integrate APIs (REST, SOAP)?
Yes. We build APIs and connect systems, with REST and JSON as well as SOAP and XML, including the synchronisation of data between applications. Typical use cases are described under Development and integration.
Do we have to rewrite our system to use a new stack?
No. If the old system is running, we expose its logic as an API and close known security gaps as a one-off step. Its behaviour is meant to stay unchanged, and comparison tests check that. We then build the new part alongside it in the new stack, and it uses that API.
A rewrite is rarely worthwhile. It becomes an option when the framework is no longer maintained, there are no tests and the business rules can be written down. The legacy review clarifies whether that applies to you.
What is your hourly rate?
It depends on scope, engagement model and urgency. Describe your situation briefly and, after a conversation, we will send you an offer. You do not need a budget for that. We quote fixed prices for the entry products.
When can you start?
You will receive a first reply within one working day. When we begin work depends on our current workload and on the scope. We give you a binding answer in the intro call. If it is urgent, the 48-hour emergency assessment starts as soon as we have access to the system.
Not sure which service fits your system?
Describe your system in two sentences. We will tell you which service fits and whether an entry product at a fixed price is the right first step.
