  2. The inquiry form needs JavaScript enabled and a session cookie. Without them you can reach the Operator by telephone or email.
  3. The Operator takes care that the Website works in common browsers and on typical devices. With outdated software or with scripts or cookies blocked, some functions may be limited.

  4. The Operator does not guarantee that the Website is available without interruption or that all its functions are available at all times.

§ 5. Information on services and B2B offer

  1. Information on services, technologies, experience and solutions on the Website is for information and is not a binding offer to conclude a contract.
  2. Scope, price, schedule, requirements, liability and all other conditions of a service are agreed by the Operator with the customer individually.
  3. Unless the Operator expressly decides otherwise, the services are offered to businesses and professional organisations.
  4. Private individuals may visit the Website. This does not mean that the Operator makes them a consumer offer or commits to providing services to them.
  5. If the Operator concludes a contract with a person who has mandatory consumer rights, these terms neither exclude nor limit those rights.
  6. Examples and descriptions of solutions, technologies or results are illustrative. Actual results depend among other things on the scope of the project, the technical environment and the conditions agreed with the customer.

§ 6. Inquiry form and correspondence

  1. You can reach the Operator through the inquiry form, by email or by telephone.
  2. Users give true contact details and send no unlawful content and no information that is not needed to handle the inquiry.
  3. A message does not create a contract or an obligation of the Operator to accept an assignment.
  4. The Operator may answer a message, ask for further information, propose cooperation or decline an inquiry.
  5. The Operator processes personal data from the form or the correspondence in line with the privacy policy.
  6. Passwords, access credentials, special categories of personal data or confidential information should not be sent through the form unless the Operator has expressly agreed a secure channel for them.

Details of the technologies used, purposes, recipients and retention periods are in the privacy policy.

§ 10. Informational nature of the content

  1. The content of the Website is general and informational. It is not legal, tax or financial advice or an individual technical expert opinion unless expressly agreed otherwise.

§ 12. Liability

  1. The Operator makes reasonable efforts for the Website to work correctly and to present reliable information.
  2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator guarantees neither uninterrupted availability of the Website nor the suitability of all content for a particular purpose of the user.
  3. The Operator is not liable for interruptions caused by reasons beyond its control, including network failures, failures of service providers' infrastructure or force majeure, subject to mandatory provisions.

  2. Please read the privacy policy before sending data through the inquiry form.

  2. Where possible, a notice should describe the problem, give the time it occurred and contain details for a reply.
  3. The Operator replies within a reasonable time.
  4. This section concerns notices about the Website and does not establish a complaints procedure for IT services. Rules for complaints about services follow from the contract or separate conditions of cooperation.

§ 15. Changes

  2. The Operator publishes the current version on the Website; its date is shown at the bottom of the page.
